Mary Alice Czerwonka, Senior Vice President, Neathawk Dubuque & Packett, has more than 25 years’ experience as a health care marketing and public relations executive for major health care systems in the Midwest, the mid-Atlantic region and the South. She has served as a board member and on national committees for several professional associations, including the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, PRSA and IABC, and is a member of the Healthcare Executive Forum and Women Business Leaders in Health Care. She has won many national awards for marketing and communications strategy and execution.

Susan Dubuque is the president and co-founder of Neathawk Dubuque & Packett, a health care marketing and advertising firm based in Richmond, VA. She is also an adjunct professor in health care administration at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to founding ND&P, she was the director of public relations and marketing for Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, VA. A nationally recognized speaker, Susan has published more than 100 articles on health care and service marketing. She received SHSMD’s Award for Individual Professional Excellence and was named Woman of the Year by the Richmond YWCA for her public service. She is the author of A Parent’s Survival Guide to Childhood Depression and Kid Power Tactics for Dealing with Depression and launched a national campaign to increase public awareness of childhood depression, which was adopted by the National Mental Health Association.

Lisa M. Wyatt is senior vice president of public affairs and marketing at Washington Hospital Center and vice president of marketing for MedStar Health Washington Region. She is a former deputy executive director of the American Nurses Association, director of public affairs for the American Psychological Association and headed corporate communications at the American Institutes for Research, the nation’s largest behavioral and social science think tank. She was a broadcast journalist in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York and Dallas, and is the co-author of Crisis Communications in Healthcare, A Delicate Balance. She was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the Public Relations Society of America at age 39. She and her staff have won more than 600 awards for crisis communications, public affairs, marketing, communications, publications, video and digital applications.
