Steve McKee is the author of When Growth Stalls: How it Happens, Why You’re Stuck, and
What to Do About It. Steve is a BusinessWeek.com columnist and president of McKee Wallwork
Cleveland, a full service marketing communications firm that has twice been awarded the
American Marketing Association’s Effie Award, one of the industry’s highest honors. For the
past 23 years he has served as a strategic consultant to corporations throughout the country.
Steve has been published or quoted in The New York Times, USA Today, Advertising Age,
Adweek, Investor’s Business Daily and The Los Angeles Times. He has appeared on CNBC,

Michelle Campbell is an accomplished marketing executive with fifteen years service at
Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico where her team helped the
growing system achieve unprecedented gains in market share and brand preference. Campbell
led marketing in an increasingly competitive, complex healthcare environment, successfully
meeting challenges in issues management, acquisitions, new product development, strategic
partnerships and brand building. Under Campbell’s leadership Presbyterian’s marketing
campaigns were awarded an American Marketing Association Silver Effie Award for marketing
effectiveness, and over 20 Addy awards from the New Mexico Advertising Federation. Michelle
shares her experiences readily and has presented at several industry best practice settings. She
was selected as a 2007 Health Care Power Broker by New Mexico Business Weekly, was
appointed to serve on Governor Bill Richardson’s healthcare transition team in 2007, and is
currently serving as a board member for the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and
New Mexico First.
