Description
History has shown that many great successes have been spawned during periods of great duress. Although hospitals face tremendous uncertainty, many certainties remain. Successful organizations recognize these certainties and implement plans to address them to achieve competitive advantage regardless of economic, regulatory, or political conditions. Examine proven strategic planning approaches and see how one organization is dramatically changing the way healthcare is delivered in its market.
