Deborah McCraw has a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry which comes from 25 years of diversified experience in operations, accounting and finance, business development, marketing, and planning. Ms. McCraw began her career in public accounting, and has served as a hospital accounting director as we as a director of planning. She is currently employed at Carilion Clinic, a large multi-specialty clinic/multi-hospital system serving 20 counties in Virginia and West Virginia, where she is director of market planning. She holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and psychology and an MBA from Virginia Tech. In addition to her duties at Carilion, for the last four years she has served as adjunct faculty with the healthcare management program at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke.

Page Pace, director of physician marketing and referral development at Carilion Clinic, has over 38 years of healthcare experience. She began her career on the front lines as a medical technologist and has held numerous administrative marketing positions with Carilion including director of marketing and director of strategic development. Her marketing roles have included oversight and management of marketing strategies for clinical service lines, development of certificate of public need applications and leadership in customer service and relationship management. She is currently responsible for physician marketing and directs a sales team for referral development.
