Ruth Hudale is Director, Planning and Market Research for Lancaster General Health where she is responsible for strategic planning and service line planning, the Voice of Customer program and supports business development initiatives. Ruth has over 20 years experience acting as an internal business consultant to senior leadership through business intelligence and strategy development, both in healthcare and other industries. Prior to Lancaster General, Ruth led the worldwide planning process and co-developed a global account management program for a $5B multi-national company. She also directed the marketing/ research for new venture development/innovation for a large service organization. Ruth holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh (UP), and a master’s degree in Biostatistics from the UP Graduate School of Public Health.

Susan Wynne is an executive with over 25 years experience in business development, strategic planning, marketing, and public relations. Susan, currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, PA, is responsible for the strategy development and the identification of partnership opportunities for the health system. Prior to Lancaster General, Susan served as Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations at Main Line Health, where she was responsible for the strategic growth of a major, suburban Philadelphia healthcare system. Ms. Wynne holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Mount Saint Mary College and a master’s degree in business management from The Pennsylvania State University.
