Linda MacCracken, Vice President of Product Management, Planning and Marketing has been in healthcare industry focused on market strategy and growth working in and in partnerships with hospitals. She is an Adjunct Lecturer on Management at the Master’s of Management Program for physician and dental executives at Harvard School of Public Health. Ms. MacCracken has co-authored “Matching the Markets: Generational Insights” and “The Quality Driven Consumer” as well as authoring Market Driven Strategy. She holds an MBA and a BS in Psychology and has served on SHSMD’s Products Committee and the Board of the Society for Healthcare Planning and Marketing.

Meredith A. Wells, Senior Consulting Analyst at Thomson Reuters has helped hospitals to grow market share in her role in consulting and client services. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Ms. Wells was the Coordinator of Marketing Information at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, IN. She has co-authored “Matching the Markets: Generational Insights” and has co-presented “You Say Hospital, I say rx-hsptl”. She holds an MS and BS in Science and Technology Studies.
