Dear Prospective Air Medical Transport Conference Speaker

EVENT RULES

Online submission will be open for 60 days - from November 30, 2003 through January 31, 2004. The entire application must be completed online according to the guidelines and required fields in order to be accepted. Should your application be accepted, you will be notified via email. All future correspondence will occur via email therefore please make sure to provide a valid email address.

There must be a designated 'lead' speaker. The Lead speaker is responsible for submitting the application, and for all subsequent communication with the AAMS office related to the AMTC.

STEP 1 - PREPARATION

EVENT INSTRUCTIONS

Plan to spend about 10-15 minutes to complete the application. There are several items that will be required, please gather them and have them handy prior to starting the application:

  • Resume (for education and qualification information)
  • Work address
  • Presentation title
  • Learner Outline & Objectives
  • Session description
  • Summary of your work/speaking experience as it relates to the topic of your application
  • Contact info for any co-speakers (if applicable)

The theme for 2004 is "Research: The Foundation of our Community."
Each year we seek to provide continuing education in several areas of core competency (see below for suggestions). This year, we are soliciting any and all original research related to air medicine and air medical transport in an effort to create greater awareness of the benefits of research.
