Description
This presentation will cover audits for Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and some that audit against the Financial Aid information that are used at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Some audits are run on a regular basis to ensure the integrity of our data while others are run during the payroll process to ensure that the payrolls will run smoothly and with accuracy. In addition, we also audit the Benefits data to ensure that employees are set up correctly and any changes are properly reflected in the system. Additional audits ensure that our Student Payroll for Work Study and Work Opportunity Students stays in sync with the Financial Aid tables. In our institution we have the necessity to change the FOAPAL once the student uses all their Work Study or Work Opportunity funding. We rely on our audits to be sure we have charged the correct FOAPAL.
