We have automated all aspects of our credit and Continuing Education grade roll processes, including the new Incomplete Grade process SHRCINC. This session will discuss the process of identifying our institutions unique processes, which includes assigning CE grades using a SQL script, and designing a schedule algorithm for CE grade rolls so that the UC4 administrator does not need to update that job each term.
