Description
During this time of major economic decline, DePaul University has experienced a dramatic improvement in major gift fundraising. Much of this can be attributed to the strong partnership forged between its Development and Advancement Services units, which teamed up to optimize major gift productivity through the creation of a sophisticated suite of tools. From accountability tracking, prospect portfolio analysis, performance monitoring, and visualization solutions, well demonstrate how DePaul has transformed its major gift fundraising efforts, yielding a 100% increase in dollars and 66% increase in major gift commitments.
