Edison State College leveraged Banner Workflow to automate the entire Budget development submission process. Using webservices as the submission platform and SSB menus for the users to access they were able to streamline all of required forms in the process. Some of the forms include new position requests, lab fee use requests, and technology fee requests. Some of the additional enhancements made to the webservices forms and workflows included document attachments, fringe calculators and notifications to ensure a smooth transition to the workflow process.
