Lehigh University has developed a toolkit for development officers to support their primary information needs. Four key components of the toolkit:
1. Prospect Finder which finds groups or individuals and all the information about them.
2. Entering a Call Report with ease and effectiveness for proper tracking and notification
3. Producing a Profile to support adequate prep for a visit.
4. Dashboard - to provide up to the minute stats on individual, team, & organization progress and important to dos with the ability to get to the detail for followup.
