Description
You may have heard about the Banner Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) module that allows for the integrated management of faculty load assignments and faculty compensation. You may be asking, what is FLAC? Would FLAC help our institution? Would our institution be able to implement FLAC? How could our institution organize a FLAC project? During this presentation we will provide answers to these questions and many more. Last year, Wilkes University successfully completed and launched a FLAC pilot program. During the project we learned a great deal about FLAC and its business processes. In this presentation, we will provide an overview of the FLAC module and its integration with other Banner modules. We will also focus on key implementation issues, policies, strategies, and lessons learned from our own pilot program.
