Description
Learn how Wayne State's Graduate Admissions office achieved a 60 percent increase in applications, a 92% increase in processing speed and saved $150k in recurring costs. WSU's Graduate Admissions improved organizational performance by aligning strategy with the work people do on a daily basis, focusing on drivers of future performance, improving communications and measuring what matters. Automating the process led to an application that is (1) customizable by every academic major and applicant citizenship requirement; (2) easy to complete for applicants, with self-service tools to submit admissions requirements; (3) easy to manage by admissions committees and staff; and (4) transparent, with automated reports and tools to search, filter and export data.

This session will be of interest to Admissions staff, as well as those with a general interest in using technology to drive business process re-engineering.
