Description
This session will cover the use of large campaigns that send multiple communication templates with the use of complex business rules to decipher which student receives which communication. We will explain how our university, Texas State University, has accomplished this task and what others can do to implement similar campaigns. We will discuss certain business rules that we have created to handle these complex campaigns, as well as the dos and donts involved in these types of campaigns. We will also cover the effect of large campaigns on the database.
