Cuyahoga Community College started a journey of implementing comprehensive college-wide to support business decisions in 2007. To meet short and long-term goals a reporting system needed to be established that would provide repeatable reports with ease for each stakeholder in order to improve institutional performance and accountability. Several strategies were attempted until deciding on the current successful solution. This session will describe the project from the decision to move away from each earlier effort, the process used to choose technology, the achievement of executive sponsorship and unprecedented partnerships built for success, lessons learned and our future direction for reporting and analytics.
