With more than 70,000 unique non-traditional and traditional students who are reported to the Student Clearinghouse each year, Liberty University has often been asked how we manage the complexity of our Student Clearinghouse file submissions. Come learn how we at Liberty University, after years of modding, reverted to using baseline Banner for our enrollment files. This session will explain how the Banner job SFRNSLC works, what recent features have been added, how to understand the format of the EDI file it produces, and how Liberty stores this file for future reporting and audit support. It will also explain how Liberty University handles year round degree conferral, part of term configuration, and submission of withdrawal and degree files.
