Description
The College of St. Scholasticas OneStop Student Services delivers seamless processes to all students, allowing them to self-manage the business of being a student.
One of the OneStop goals is to enhance business related communications across departments in order to provide clearly defined instructions to students.
This session will discuss how St. Scholasticas OneStop, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Accounts departments are using Banner Relationship Management (BRM) to record student interactions. Topics covered in this session will include establishing interaction categories, guidelines for recording student interactions, subject line coding to quickly identify interaction topics, implementation challenges and BRM user feedback.
