A common question is, can BDMS be used in the absence of banner? The simple answer is yes. BDMS can be used with any supported database. In addition, integration similar to BANNER can be achieved. The first part of this presentation will address building a customized application, implementing data synchronization (BDMS and the non-Banner Database) as well as using the powerful wxcrypto tool to integrate the third party application with BDMS.

Another common question is, can BDMS capture and index online forms? Again, yes. The second part of this presentation will discuss how to build web services to automatically capture and index online Forms, accessible only to a selected population, from a secure location(behind Self Service). This application can be utilized by any BDMS Application (Seed/Customized).
