This session will begin by discussing the purpose and intended audience for each of the existing Banner General Documentation PDF and Online Help deliverables. Once each of the pieces of documentation have been introduced, the future for each manual and detailed plans for restructuring and enhancing the Banner General Documentation set will be discussed. This session will discuss the key differences between Banner General 8.x documentation and the transition to Horizon. Plans to use the Commons to solicit feedback and collaborate with readers about the content and features in the documentation set will also be detailed.
