During this session, we will demonstrate how the Virginia Tech Enterprise Systems organization is using TeamDynamix software and Atlassian Jira software for portfolio management, project management, and change management. The goals of the presentation are:
to describe our IT governance framework including the tools, workflows, and processes,
to define practical, incremental steps for building a robust framework, and
to show how IT governance facilitates more effective compliance, prioritization, and resource utilization for our organization.
