Description
ERP stands for enterprise resource planning, an integrated software solution used to manage a companys resources. In Higher Education ERP systems sometimes are a combination of several systems with student information systems such as PowerCampus at the center of it all. These system complexities can sometimes be overwhelming and confusing to an institutions users. IT departments have to maintain systems technically and maintain a systems public relations to maintain good relationships and perceptions from the users perspective. Learn how Gwynedd-Mercy College maintains good public relations for PowerCampus and other critical systems. We work with advisory groups, public relations department, offer training, create publications and communicate regularly so users and the College community have a favorable perception of our complex systems. We want to make users feel confident and fearless when using these systems so they can best service students, faculty and the institution.
