updated 10/11 Wellesley College Office for Resources has recently made Banner data and reports available through MyWellesley, the Luminis Portal implementation at Wellesley. MyWellesley complements other Office for Resources reporting solutions and expands report access in three areas: (A) off-campus access by Development Officers to fundraising reports and tools on mobile devices (e.g., iPhone, Android, iPad); (B) Wellesley's external fundraising volunteer "Report of Giving" in support donor of gift acknowledgment; and (C) an internal MyWellesley "Resources tab" where we have built channels dedicated to development reports and summary fundraising statistics, advancement marketing, gift processing and acknowledgement, stewardship, and tools for frontline fundraisers. This Resources tab includes "deep" links to Banner, links to Oracle Reports, access to folders/files on our secured file server, and Resources specific announcements. As a Banner-centric office, we viewed delivery of reports and tools through MyWellesley Luminis Portal as the logical next step. We will demonstrate reports and tools developed specifically for this platform that were derived from SQL and PL/SQL code created for other production applications.
