In August 2011, the University of San Diego successfully migrated from Advance Windows to Web. This presentation will review our implementation strategy, our project management teams and tools, and the new technologies that we put in place during the project including AppXtender for imaging and Cognos for reporting. We will discuss our project wins, some of our project pitfalls, and what is next for our team in the upcoming year.
