This session will provide an overview of the technical architecture of Banner Relationship Management, including recent technical changes, technical documentation and information about performance tuning initiatives. Participants will also have an opportunity to ask technical questions and discuss technical issues with BRM developers, and to share experiences with BRM technical staff and other clients.
