Learn how ODU positioned implementation of Student Retention Performance by understanding past needs, present demands and how SRP can be used to identify and assess future student retention and success efforts. Identifying and prioritizing user communities that would benefit from SRP. We will discuss how we used RAP lesson learned to improve and expedite our SRP implementation.
