Description
The purpose of predictive analytics is to automatically sift through data to find hidden patterns, discover new insights, and make predictions. Higher education institutions can use predictive analytics techniques, for example, for a comprehensive analysis of student characteristics, or to predict the likelihood of a variety of outcomes, such as enrollment, persistence, retention, and course success. This session will provide an overview of predictive analytics techniques and applications for higher education enrollment management and how predictive analytics technology be used with the SGHE Business Intelligence platform.
