What are we doing right, what do we need to improve, what are our client's needs? This session is going to be entirely different from the typical BOF sessions in that this will be a structured "Focus Group" aimed at better understanding and acting on our clients' needs, including the following:
What are our clients' needs and critical issues?
What services are our clients in need of the most?
As Banner 9 continues to roll out, how will their service needs change?
What services have been introduced as a result of the launch of Banner 9 and finally, how interested are our clients in engaging in SunGard to deliver these services? Depending on the size of this session, smaller groups will be organized in order to focus on specific topics. Using an interactive polling device, each participant will have the opportunity to rate and prioritize their needs and issues in order to help ensure we as a company are responsive and staying on top of the ever changing culture, trends, and needs of higher education. This will be a mult-panel led discussion including other client representatives
