Documentation of policies and procedures of data entry is critical to maintaining data integrity and standards. This session will go step by step through the development of a customized data standards manual including working systematically with campus offices to define populations, statuses, and decisions, explaining to staff not only how to enter data, but the why behind the action, and providing examples of correct data processes. The end result is a data manual that articulates the institutions practices and procedures while maintaining the integrity of the PowerCAMPUS product.
