I am logged in to view the live sessions but am having technical difficulties (seeing or hearing the sessions). Who can help me?
Contact Multiview Support at multiviewmediasupport@multiview.com or (972) 910-6899. Support is available 30 minutes prior to and during all live sessions.

Can I participate from my phone or table?
Yes, the platform is suitable for computers as well and phones and tablets. We encourage you to use a computer if possible to have the best experience.

Can I join after a live session has already started?
Yes, you can join in at any time on Thursday, and Friday.

I closed out of the live session, how do I get back in?
Refer back to your login email or go to the https://www.softconference.com/WebcastSystem/Login.aspx?WebcastID=117.

How do I visit the 365 Sponsors Page?
On November 4 and 5, simply log into our virtual meting platform, choose the menu item labelled “365 Sponsors”. Click on the drop-down option “Visit 365 Sponsors Page”. You will find all pertinent information regarding our sponsors. Don’t miss out on the Live Exhibit Halls!

I watched a live session on November 4 and 5, but forgot to/didn’t have time to evaluate it. Can I still do it?
You may evaluate live sessions in the virtual meeting platform through midnight on November 5. After that time, you will need to log into the KNA Online Learning Portal to complete evaluations.

Something came up and I wasn’t able to join live on November 4 or 5. How do I get my CEs?
All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the KNA Online Learning Portal. The remaining sessions were pre-recorded and loaded into the KNA Online Learning on November 5. Access the KNA Online Learning Portal here:

Sessions will be available through February 6, 2022, to view and complete evaluations. Your CE certificate will be accessible through this site indefinitely.

How to I access the KNA Online Learning Portal to get the rest of my CE?

How long do I have to complete all my CE?
Sessions will be available in the KNA Online Learning Portal through February 6, 2022 to view and complete evaluations. Your CE certificate will be accessible through this site indefinitely.

If I missed a live session how long until it’s ready on demand?
All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the KNA Online Learning Portal within two business days; however, to receive CEs, you must attend all sessions for each day and complete an evaluation for each day.

What if I only want to attend one or two conference sessions? Can I get CEs for those classes?
No, to receive CE certificates for the conference, you must attend each full day and complete an evaluation for that day.

After the conference, starting on Thursday, November 11, you may purchase access to individual sessions and receive CEs for those.
