Description
This presentation focuses on how to build a Masters degree in Gifted Education while using the National Gifted Education Teacher Training Standards as the foundation. Faculty members share the process they underwent to enhance their university's existing gifted education endorsement and construct it into a Masters program that will have far-reaching consequences in an area that is in need. The Gifted Masters will provide the necessary instruction for teachers to improve their instructional and identification practices.
