Jason Santelli, Senior Manager, Customer Analytics, VistaPrint
Jason Santelli brings more than nine years of experience in the consulting, retail, banking, and dot-com industries to VistaPrint where he leads a team is focused on analyzing lifetime values of customers. His team also specializes in segmentation, retention an call-center analytical support.
Jason joined VistaPrint as manager of customer analytics in 2005. He introduced the concept of customer lifetime value, as it pertains to acquisition investment strategies, and has implemented predictive modeling and multivariate measurement techniques for uses in targeted marketing. Jason has also managed survey research, and has helped to drive large software investment decisions. His group has grown from a single member to six in under three years.
Jason received a BA in Mathematics in 1996 from Saint Anselm College, an MA in Statistics in 1998 from Boston University, and an MBA in 2001 from Boston University.
