Catherine Paraan has extensive marketing experience in both travel and healthcare industries leading integrated, multi-channel marketing efforts. She is currently Senior Manager at Wyndham Hotel Group responsible for promotional marketing and communications for Wyndham RewardsSM, the largest hotel rewards program as measured by the number of participating hotels.

Robyn Duskin, Senior Manager, Loyalty & Direct Marketing, Wyndham Worldwide Hotel Group
Robyn Duskin is responsible for the online customer experience strategy of Wyndham Rewards, the Wyndham Hotel Group's 7-million member strong loyalty program. In addition, she manages all of the technology integration related to the program's marketing campaigns and promotions across 10 hotel brands.
In 2007, Robyn led the loyalty program web site re-launch including usability improvements and enhanced user tools. She also led the expansion of four international web sites. Robyn also manages the online promotion strategy with goals of deepening member engagement and acquisition.
Prior to her role in digital marketing, Robyn worked on the traditional marketing managing directory advertising, BTB collateral, newsletters, publications and other initiatives.
