Charlie Berger is the Senior Director of Product Management, Data Mining at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for product management of Oracle Data Mining, predictive analytics, text mining and statistical functions. Previously, he has held positions at Thinking Machines, BBN Software, Palladian Expert Systems, Automatix, Honeywell and IBM. He holds two Masters degrees from Boston University, MS Engineering and an MBA, and a BS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Geoff Sherman is a Solutions Leader. He comes to the RMDMA as the Senior Manager of Customer Insight for Wal-Mart’s Financial Services. Along the way, he has created a database marketing department from the ground up, participated in Marriott’s industry-changing CRM work, and led strategic implementation projects for many B2C Fortune 500 companies. A published author, Geoff is in demand as a speaker to marketing associations across the country.
