Craig Fontenot is the Sr. Director of Member Relationship Management at AARP. He is responsible for leading AARP’s transformation to become a more member centric organization through the use Relationship Marketing strategies.
Craig has worked in Consumer Packaged Goods, Telecommunications, and Internet industries with Nabisco, MCI, and AOL. Over his career he has developed deep experience in Relationship Marketing.
He holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
