Scott Cone is VP and group leader for Merkle. He is responsible for managing the overall relationship and DbM efforts of Fortune 100 clients. Scott has over 15 years of DbM experience, including Director of Worldwide DbM at IBM, and related positions at Epsilon and AT&T Bell Labs.

David Zucker, Director, Decision Science & CRM, Dell
David Zucker joined Dell Inc. in November 2006 as Director of Customer Relationship Marketing for the Consumer and Small Business groups he now heads the Decision Sciences and CRM group covering global Consumer, SMB and Relationship business lines. He and his team are working to help Dell Inc. monetize customer data developed by customer interactions at the company. In the 18 months at Dell he has been able to demonstrate the value for fundamental direct marketing principals of testing, catalog architecture, email targeting and segmentation. He spent the three years before joining Dell Inc. building the CRM group at The Home Shopping Network, a multichannel retailer selling direct to consumers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 364 days a year on the web, phone and television. Prior to HSN he worked for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia overseeing research, customer analytics and the web site commerce and content business. Before joining MSO he worked for Priceline.com overseeing research and customer analytics with the broad charge of taking the company from a transaction marketer to a customer marketer. He has also worked in the Insurance, Telecom and List Rental industry. He holds a Ph.D. and MS in economics and has taught for 7 years at Rutgers University and the University of South Florida.
