As Director of Product Development, David is responsible for the management and expansion of product lines and services, client acquisition and retention, and research of industry best practices. David writes and speaks for many prestigious marketing publications and venues.

Tom Bise, Assistant Vice President, Marketing & Branding, Colonial Life
Tom Bise is the Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications, Advertising and Incentives for Colonial Life. He is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that effectively communicate, advertise and market Colonial Life’s programs, products and services consistently throughout all customer groups, distribution channels and the industry. He manages the areas of Marketing, Customer and Enrollment Communications; Marketing Services, which includes print, multimedia and web design and content management; Advertising and Branding; and Incentives, Awards and Recognition.
Bise brings more than 25 years of experience at Colonial Life to his role.
Bise earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of South Carolina. He is a graduate of South Carolina’s Leadership Columbia and an accredited member of the national Communications Media Management Association (CMMA).
