She has over 17 years of direct marketing, business strategy and data-driven marketing experience in the energy services, retailing and financial services industries. She has been at Key for 9 years, and has worked on direct marketing initiatives for nearly every business unit at the bank, both in developing and executing direct marketing programs, as well in her current overall management role.
