Steven Gray, Chief Operation Officer,

Steven Gray is Chief Operating Officer of Money Mailer Direct Marketing. Prior to his appointment, Gray was the Senior Vice President of National Accounts for eight years for Harte-Hanks Inc. Previously, Gray held an array of both sales and marketing positions at Moore Marketing Services.

Michael Hanley is an Assistant Professor of Advertising and a Senior Research Fellow in the Digital Policy Institute at Ball State University. He is recognized as one of the leading academic mobile marketing researchers in the U.S. He is Co-Editor of the International Journal of Mobile Marketing, Co-Chair of the Mobile Marketing Association's Academic Outreach Committee and Recipient of the Mobile Marketing Association's 2007 Award for Overall Excellence.

Keyword: Mobile was founded by David Knise, a digital executive with a 20 year track record of success serving entertainment, advertising, internet and the mobile industries. Prior to founding Keyword: Mobile, he served as the Vice President Interactive Development for WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.) in the global media group where he launched and managed the global mobile business. In this role, David was responsible for developing the mobile strategy, product development and implementation, business development, and operations. David was also a pioneer in the off-portal content business, leading the industry with WWE to launch a full blown web store front selling ringtones and wallpapers.

Jeannette Kocsis oversees the Digital strategy programs at Harte-Hanks. Jeannette provides direction and support for Web site conversion strategy, digital marketing, communication programs and the Web data that informs strategy. She has created search engine strategies and link placement campaigns, going back to 1996. She came to Harte-Hanks in 2000 to build the Search Engine Marketing practice.
Jeannette is the author of the Conversion Point™ whitepaper series, the methodology used by our Digital Practice.
Jeannette is a regular contributor for DMNews, and presents frequently at industry events and webinars on search marketing, Web site conversion metrics and optimization, and branding online. Jeannette serves on the DMA SEMC Segment Advisory Committee and was the 2007 Vice Chairperson on the Operations Committee of the Direct Marketing Association’s Search Marketing Council. Jeannette is on the Program Advisory Committee for DMA08 and an Echo Award judge.

Michael J. O'Farrell is Chair of the dotMobi Advisory Group and co-author of the Wiley publication Mobile Internet for Dummies. Additionally, he is Vice Chairman of ooober as well as a strategic advisor to SilverBirch, Carlson Marketing, Graham Sanborn Media and The Centre for Creative Communications at Centennial College.
As a global expert on mobile and interactive digital media, Michael is widely considered an industry leading futurist. In addition to shaping the early market practices of the Open Mobile Alliance, he was a co-founder of the Wireless Advertising Industry Association in 2000 (now the Mobile Marketing Association).

Juliet Randall, Senior Director, Marketing Mobile, Western Union
Steve Roberts launched ShopText in November 2006. Prior to ShopText, Steve's marketing and internet experience includes COO of McCann Erickson's $200 million relationship marketing company MRM Partners, CFO of McCann's $650 million marketing services companies and CFO of Modem Media (acquired by Digitas in 2004), where he led the company's IPO in 1999, and drove its profitable growth to a run rate of $160 million in revenue. Prior to Modem Media, Steve held several global and international P&L management positions at United Technologies. Prior to joining UTC in 1990, Steve structured debt financing for radio, paging, cable and newspaper acquisitions and leveraged buyouts in the Corporate Finance Group of Continental Bank (now Bank of America). Steve has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Middlebury College.

Throughout his lifelong career in telecommunications, Gowri Shankar has focused on bringing new technologies to market and building multimillion-dollar sales organizations.
As a founding member of the Sprint PCS launch team, Gowri led the creation of the first nationwide telesales and e-commerce distribution channels in the wireless industry, thereby laying the foundation for Sprint PCS's industry-leading enterprise sales strategy.
In addition to his work with Sprint, Gowri was general manager for eAssist, a CRM software company. There, he developed eAssist's international strategy and was responsible for the organization's expansion into nine European countries.
Gowri holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of Madras and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
