Nadya Kohl has over 15 years experience in B2C and B2B strategy, marketing, and sales. As Vice President, Digital Advertising, she is responsible for managing digital advertiser client relationships. Prior to her current role, she was the Vice President of Decision Sciences/Analytics at Experian.

Pat manages XM Radio's Internet properties xmradio.com and XM Radio Online (XMRO). His responsibilities include working with Programming, Marketing, OEM team, Ad Sales, and IT to define XM's Internet strategy and development needs. Since coming to XM in 2007, Pat and has been the business lead for significant enhancements to xmradio.com including the an electronic programming guide, integration of a content publishing tool, re-design of the e-Store, and implementation of a new email management system. His team has implemented a web analytics & reporting solution that has provided greater visibility into site traffic and enabled improvements to interactive marketing campaigns.
Pat has been involved in online marketing, web development since the mid-90's. He has worked to create and improve the online experience for brands such as National Geographic, Audi, MCI, and Internet start-ups. Pat also has significant experience bringing database marketing discipline to digital experiences and has worked with organizations like Nabisco and AARP to develop systems that use customer data and insight to drive programs.
Description
Online acquisition is a critical part of every business. The problem is, most marketers don't know who they are attracting with their online advertising and are suffering from sub-optimal conversion rates. During this session, Patrick Fitzgerald, VP of Online Experience at XM Radio, the leader in satellite radio, will present how XM Radio overcame the lack of visitor knowledge by using customer insight to customize online acquisition programs. Patrick will discuss the challenges XM Radio faced in making their online marketing programs a part of profitable customer management. He'll also describe three techniques XM Radio is using to target the right online prospects, increase conversion and improve customer retention.
