Description
Competition, rising costs and unpredictable customer behavior are realities
that confront all B-to-B organizations. Doing the same old things is no
longer sufficient to combat these forces. In this session, we will introduce
a "kaizen" approach (intense, 5-day process redesign) to designing and
implementing an integrated marketing /selling model. Participants will
receive concept overviews, the framework, case study with actual results,
and exercises & templates to begin the process.
